    If you need to cancel or reschedule your online consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • To confirm your in-person booking, please review the following payment details:

    Deposits
    A non-refundable £50 deposit is required to secure your in-person appointment. Further details will be provided during your consultation.

  • The budget can vary based on the scope of the project. We offer different tiers—namely Silver, Gold, and Platinum—to accommodate everything from budget-friendly setups to high-end, custom-designed setups!

  • The timeline for completing your space depends on the complexity of the design, the size of the space, and the availability of equipment. Typically, a desk setup can take anywhere from 5 to 7 working days, from the initial consultation to the final installation. We will provide a more accurate timeline based on your specific needs.

  • We usually offer full-service options, helping you select and source the latest equipment (e.g., lighting, consoles, and accessories) based on your needs and budget.

    During the online consultation, we will gather details about the equipment you wish to retain in the setup.

  • At HYPERSPACE, we understand that creative visions evolve. If you decide to make changes, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate them; however, additional costs or timeline adjustments may apply depending on the current stage of the project.

  • If you need to cancel the project, we will review your request. However, please note that deposits are non-refundable as they cover the initial consultation and design work.
